4. Contact Lists & Recipient Data

You retain full ownership of the contact lists you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have obtained valid consent from all recipients before adding them to your campaigns, in compliance with applicable laws (including TRAI regulations in India and GDPR where applicable). We act as a data processor for this data, not a data controller.

We will never use your contact lists for our own marketing purposes.
